Quality you can check.

On every order we follow six checkpoints between your enquiry and the container. Here is what we look at on each one, and what you get to see.

  1. Enquiry & specs

Share product, size, quantity and destination. We confirm specifications with you, by email or call.

    What we check

    • Product, size, quantity and destination are all stated
    • The specification is agreed in writing: material, size, GSM or micron, colour, printing
    • What we can and cannot supply is clear before we quote

    What you receive

    • A clear quotation with the agreed specification
    • A straight answer if a request is outside what we can supply
  2. Sourced from manufacturers we select

We choose a manufacturer to match your specification.

    What we check

    • The manufacturer can make your product to the agreed specification and quantity
    • Their sample or earlier work matches what you asked for
    • The manufacturer suits your order size and timeline

    What you receive

    • The sample for your approval, if you ask for one (samples are paid; see the buyer guide)
    • Confirmation of the specification before production starts
  3. Production & sourcing

Your order is produced or allocated and tracked against the agreed timeline.

    What we check

    • Progress against the agreed timeline
    • Material and specification stay as agreed
    • Any delay is spotted early, not at the end

    What you receive

    • Honest updates if the timeline changes
    • Production status on request
  4. Pre-dispatch check

We check quantity, size, weight and visual quality before packing.

    What we check

    • Size and dimensions
    • GSM or micron, as per the agreed specification
    • Count and weight
    • Stitching and printing
    • Visual defects

    What you receive

    • Photos or video of the packed lot, on request
    • Quantity, size and weight confirmed against your order
  5. Packing & documents

Packed and marked for export, with invoice, packing list and origin documents prepared.

    What we check

    • Packing matches the order: bales, cartons or pallets as agreed
    • Marking and labelling for export
    • Quantities and weights on the documents match the goods
    • Names, addresses and product descriptions on every document

    What you receive

    • Commercial invoice and packing list
    • Origin documents
    • Other export documents on request
  6. Dispatch from Nhava Sheva

Shipped from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) with documents shared promptly.

    What we check

    • The shipment is booked on the agreed terms (FOB Nhava Sheva as standard)
    • Container and shipping details match the order
    • Documents are complete before they are shared

    What you receive

    • A copy of the Bill of Lading
    • Shipping details and documents, shared promptly
    • A reply from us whenever you ask where your order is
